In this detached duplex of the Rosemont district, the owners wanted to transform the ground floor and the semi-basement to make it their home.

We chose to make a low rise house, mostly one-storey, whose sinuous shape is guided by the nature that surrounds it. The building itself folds, opens and tightens like a river digging its bed.
On a wooded lot on the shore of Lake Charlebois, our clients wanted to build a contemporary house, luminous and open to the nature. They wanted most of the spaces of the house to be level with the land.
