The apartment, situated on Dizengoff Street in an old Tel Aviv building, underwent significant renovation, including the envelope, aluminum work, wall demolition, kitchen, installations, etc., to optimize each of the three rooms within the 50 sqm space.

The vision for the renovation was, on one hand, to preserve the general lines of the original house from the 1970s. The exterior of the building was preserved structurally to avoid major renovations and long licensing processes.
