The site is long and narrow from north to south, with a difference in elevation from the road. We can use it openly and spaciously because the line of sight from people and cars coming and going along the road is offset.
Picket House is a two-storey addition to a freestanding Edwardian timber house, on a corner block, at the top of a hill in Northcote. The old part of the house has been re-roofed and internally upgraded and now forms the sleeping quarters.
House for a Sculptor is a domestic gallery and retreat. Our clients had been living in the property for over 20 years before we were engaged to develop a design for the renovation.

The project is located on a 170m2 site in Zerezotla, San Pedro Cholula Puebla. It houses four open-plan flats and a double-height loft with generous terraces, parking space, and roof gardens.
Behind a double-storey Victorian heritage terrace, this extension takes flight over its cavernous context. Twin parabolic roofs soar over the tall neighbouring parapets twisting as they rise to the north
The Kaaryashala is conceptualized around the core idea of Sustainability; be it the massing, the cross-section, the material palette, or details. The start point was reusing all that existed at the old office and the new place.
