Worrell Yeung’s Broadway Loft project consists of the gut renovation of a unit in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan’s historic Gilsey House building, originally a Beaux Arts style hotel built in 1867, for a couple and their young son.
This project is about introversion, digital detox, reflections on purity, mindfulness of choice. It makes us think about what surrounds us and who we are.
The renovation showcases Reutov’s ability to create a dynamic and visually stimulating space that is also serene and relaxing. The interplay of modern and natural elements, coupled with the striking color choices, results in an interior that is not only unique but also deeply comforting.
The Bolder House shows a Nomadic style that is chilled and based on creamy neutral tones, with warm natural timber and rattan elements. We mixed it with cool concrete, terracotta-colored tiles and plastered built-in furniture.
Sympathetic to its context and restrained in its materials, Silvertop House maximises its compact site to balance practical and joyful family spaces in one intelligently crafted home.

The pre-existing Granary is located on the agricultural land of a 17th-century farmhouse. Surrounded by orchards, corn fields, vineyards and next to the river course, the granary is part of a bucolic and rural landscape of about 10ha of the farm.
