Located in Halifax’s long-established West-End neighbourhood, the Armcrescent Residence represents an architectural exportation into increasing urban density without violating the established urban street fabric proportions or land-use patterns.
Tree View House was formerly a fairly plain bungalow at the end of a cul-de-sac, however, following a series of thoughtful interventions Neil Dusheiko Architects have imbued the home with references to Delhi and California where the family have previously lived.
Through adaptation and an interior design overhaul, the house has transformed from a family residence into a unique home for an active couple who appreciates comfort, socializing, indulgence, and the pleasure of a distinctive ambiance.

Cohaus is a coworking space located in the heart of the historic center of Querétaro. The project harmoniously combines the rich heritage of the place with contemporary design elements, creating a unique and inspiring work environment.
The design was kept more minimal to allow the user/viewer to spend time with each unique piece while the use of curves carry you gently through the space.
