The house, in central Israel, is a dream come true for a family of five that wanted their home to reflect their world travels. The use of natural elements, alongside a spacious and luxurious design, achieved this dream.
Originally built in the 1950’s as low-cost housing for the working class, in accordance with the social ideology of simplicity, the SW House is part of a row building situated in one of Tel Aviv’s neighborhoods.
Immediately after purchasing the apartment, the couple contacted the Tel-Aviv based architecture & design firm Bronstein-Bracha Architecture & Design. Briefing the design team, The designers were asked to incorporate a very ambitious program to their 80 sqm wall partition plan.
In a listed building in the heart of Tel aviv, 300 meters from the beach, two designer sisters from Studio Perri has designed two adjacent apartments, that were originally divided into four small apartments.
The house us built on a square lot of 600m2 in diameter, designed as an L shaped bench facing the gard. The two sides of the L-shape home contain the public functions, facing the yard and wrapped around the outdoor sitting area. The swimming pool is located at the back of the yard.

Za House, built in Irus village Israel, has a footprint of 340 sqm. on a 500 sqm. lot. The project was completed by Shachar Rozenfeld Architects. Irus village itself was established five years ago, west of Nes Ziona, on open limestone hills that were divided into 450 lots, each the size of 500 sqm. The target demographic was
