Private Penthouse in Seattle by NB Design Group

Private Penthouse

NB Design Group has designed this private penthouse located in Seattle, Washington, US.

Overlooking Elliott Bay on the Puget Sound, the residence is located in the heart of downtown Seattle on the top two floors of the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences. The design objective was to create an approachable residence in a premier property using a subtle Art Deco influence to infuse a thoroughly modern space with tangible warmth. The scope included a complete transformation from a raw, concrete shell to an elegant, high-rise residence over a two and half year project. Photography: Benjamin Benschneider
