Palm Studio is a place that invites to explore new aspects of body and mind, focusing on a holistic approach to health and well-being. Located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, this boutique training studio offers a variety of pilates classes, led by members of the Healthy Team by Anna Lewandowska, among others. In addition to its well-crafted class offerings, its success is also owed to its relaxed atmosphere, conducive to regeneration and self-development. The interior design project was entrusted to the Madama studio, which, inspired by the owners’ travel passions and the style observed in Mexican Tulum, created an organic, training-friendly space.

Maximum comfort, tranquility, and serenity
Madama’s projects never leave anyone indifferent. This time, the studio takes us on an exotic journey towards health, immersed in an atmosphere of peace and elegance. Clients stepping into the reception area immediately transport themselves to the sensual landscapes of rustic Mexico and exotic deserts. Carefully curated details create an atmosphere at Palm Studio that supports Pilates practice, seamlessly blending movement and relaxation. Pilates is not just physical training but also a form of mental work. Focus on breath control and precise body work brings tangible benefits to our mental health.

The key to achieving balance between airy and earthy design elements, and the sporty, modern reformer studio, lies in combining elegant lines with natural textures, colors, and materials. The combination of rounded and undulating lines of sofas, tables, and mirrors, mimicking natural forms, gives the interior an organic look. The space exudes coziness through the use of warm, soft shades of sandy beige, smoothly transitioning into deep browns. Earthy tones surprisingly harmonize with green accents, represented by elegant cacti and majestic palms. These carefully selected elements not only reference the studio’s name but also serve as organic adornments, infusing the interior with dynamism and refreshing energy amidst exotic plants.

Lamps as works of art
The 150sq.m space comprises a reception area with a waiting area, changing rooms, bathrooms, and a training room. The innovative lamps proposed by Madama, which harmonize with the character of Palm Studio, are true works of art. They evoke intricately crafted organic forms while introducing modern aesthetics and functionality into the studio’s interior. Their unique design complements the space and creates fascinating light installations, inspiring workouts both in the morning and at sunset.

“I aimed to create a place that would meet the expectations of Palm Studio’s exceptional clientele. I decided to create an inspiring space here where the holiday atmosphere and care for physical and mental well-being go hand in hand. Thanks to carefully curated decor elements, Palm Studio inspires the discovery of balance between strength and tranquility. The interiors not only aid in physical fitness but above all, surround clients with an atmosphere of blissful relaxation,” says Agata FrÄ…tczak from Madama.

Palm Studio offers a full range of modern equipment and high-quality training sessions led by experienced instructors on reformers or Refomen classes designed specifically for men. Clients also have the opportunity to participate in private sessions with individually tailored training plans.
