Sixay: furniture for the children’s room

Sixay furniture for the children's room - HomeWorldDesign (1)

Sixay studio from Hungary has made Sixkid, a collection of furniture for the children’s room. Made from birch plywood with treated surfaces with natural oil and wax, the furniture is distinguished by the multitude of holes inspired by “the holes from cheese.” The manner, in which the furniture is divided, having sufficient drawers and storage spaces, encourages the child to become organized.

The chairs are made from solid wood and have a graceful form, respecting the principles of ergonomics. Having a beautiful design, these help the child to keep a good and comfortable posture. Made of natural and solid materials with a fine joinery, this furniture is long lasting.
