The Araraquara House project has a history and process somewhat unusual to the other projects we have developed. Initially, Araraquara House was conceived in a land configuration with different sizing and construction legislation from the current land.
Like a metallic container placed above exposed concrete walls, this house establishes two types of relationships with the surroundings. The upper floor can be closed 100% to block sunlight, guarantee the privacy and acoustically isolate intimate spaces.
The Ramp House is a project located in the interior of Paraná, Brazil. Located in a valley, the house offers a beautiful view and a sunset that is framed by the house.
The focus of the renovation was the living room and kitchen space, which also included the integration with the balcony area, which was not often used by the couple.
