Property located in Balneário Camburiú, in the Magnifique Tower Building. The 260 m2 apartment, on 2 floors, is located on the 46th floor, with a double view of the sea and the river, which in turn flows into the sea.
The ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen, both integrated and two suites. The upper floor has an intimate living room and two more suites.
A functional, youthful, beach apartment, designed with the use of materials that convey the energy of nature and the sea. The soft tones are highlighted, natural materials applied to the coverings, lamps, Tauari flooring, Herringbone and wood, delivering a lot of comfort to the whole apartment.
