The design concept focused on two central characteristics – the first being the breathtaking urban view and Tel Aviv coastline, the second being the exterior circular curtain wall with western and southern exposures.
The farmhouse design combined a program with existing sloped land topography, on a long and narrow lot measuring 0.5 acres. The house is a complex which connects two single story “houses”
Moshav Kidron, built of large agricultural estates, is a level flat ground Moshav in which the sizes of the estates create quite great distances between residences. Olive vineyards are the main component of the estate on which this family house was planned and built.
Completed in 2015 by Henkin Shavit Studio, the Reflection House is an exquisite example of blending preservation with modernization. Located in the historic city of Safed, Israel, this old stone house exemplifies the harmonious coexistence of the old and the new.
