Tiny Tower Residence places a 1250 SF home on a 12’ by 29’ lot, whose similarly scaled neighbors are currently used as single-car parking and rear yards for the adjacent houses.
City House is an urban oasis located at the heart of the city on an established residential street. Characterized by traditional Victorian homes, the original neighbouring houses have long occupied the tight, narrow lots typical of the area.
Unlike it’s neighbors, Roofless House is not fenced off at it’s street perimeter. A meadow of native grasses flow from the sidewalk with existing oaks, redwoods and newly planted birch trees flowing inside and outside of the curving wooden wall.
