Tiny Tower Residence places a 1250 SF home on a 12’ by 29’ lot, whose similarly scaled neighbors are currently used as single-car parking and rear yards for the adjacent houses.
Unlike it’s neighbors, Roofless House is not fenced off at it’s street perimeter. A meadow of native grasses flow from the sidewalk with existing oaks, redwoods and newly planted birch trees flowing inside and outside of the curving wooden wall.
The Sela Residence was designed for a young family in Venice, California. Marmol Radziner provided architectural and construction services on this project.
