The completely renovated loft space is contained in New York’s iconic Sugar Warehouse building in Tribeca overlooking the Hudson River. The Warehouse was erected in 1853 by the Grocers Steam Sugar Refining Company and was at the time the City’s second tallest structure after the Brooklyn Bridge.
This 3200 square foot Greenwich Street Loft was designed for a couple who live alone but will occasionally host their extended family. The master suite is an extension of the public space of the great room but can be closed off with a large pocket door.
Jane Kim Design was hired to design millwork and interiors for a client in a new building constructed in Brooklyn Heights. All interior lighting, furniture, and window treatments were specified by JKD.

This edgy, yet sophisticated interior is located on the 39th and 40th floors of one of the tallest mixed-use skyscrapers in New York City. Distinguishing the social areas of the household, are beautiful soft leather wall panels, creating a chic backdrop for the elegant furniture
