Located in a small village in the interior of Portugal, at 900m altitude, the Gafanha’s House emerges from the need of rehabilitating an existing building occupied by a family member.

The Curved White House confronts one of the most important arteries in the city – the National Road EN109. The house 109 has the main facade perpendicular to the layout of the road, contrasting with the pre-existing reality.
Chestnut home is located in Valeflor, in the north of Portugal, a rural area densely occupied by chestnut and oak trees, which extend on a slope facing East-South, with the Serra da Marofa as background.
Located in Praia Verde, between the Ria Formosa Nature Park and the Castro Marim Marshland Nature Reserve, the property is home to an immense spontaneous pine forest, shaped by the winds brought by the sea.
Located on the bank of the historical National 18 and with a view over the Serra da Estrela, the old stone house began by occupying the rocks that rose near the stream that flows through it.
The Forte house is designed in a complex balance between the creation of a dense and closed fortress and the reinterpretation of the typical patio house, looking for a protected oasis, in its intimate relationship with the sky.
