Commissioned by an avid surfer, this retreat reflects the client’s passion for the sport through its unique program elements, seamless indoor-outdoor design, and connection to the lush environment.
Camp Teton is a four-building mountain top sanctuary with front row seating to the Teton Range, and its’ infamous peak, The Grand. The site also overlooks the awe-inspiring Snake River Valley.
McElroy Residence is an expansive series of spaces underneath a giant floating horizontal plane which is supported on stone masses, wood walls, and slender steel columns.
This 7,500 square foot house was created in the Pacific Palisades Riviera neighborhood with views of the Pacific Ocean. The project began as a major renovation of an existing Spanish Mediterranean style home. As options were explored, it became irrational to renovate to the level of acceptable design that the clients aspired for.
