The couple’s desire was a total transformation of the old apartment. The original plan had a service bedroom and toilet in the living room, which were demolished to expand the dining room and include an office that could be closed or integrated into the living rooms.

In their latest project, Terramadeira apartment in São Paulo, ARKITITO Arquitetura rose to the challenge of reflecting the personality and lifestyle of the residents—a family acquiring their first home in a larger unit within the same condominium they previously lived in.
The young client sought to integrate the entire plant and optimize her space as much as possible, so many interventions were made on the original plant, which changed completely.
