The project’s main goals were to create a new connection throughout the rooms, value the couple’s works of art, expand the visual contact with the surrounding natural environment
The Chez Vous apartment, in Moema – SP, stands out for its’ delicacy and subtlety. The young entrepreneurs couple came to TN Arquitetura with the desire of adding their personalities and optimizing the apartments spaces, making it more cozy and practical.
Located in a building built in the 60’s in the city of Sao Paulo, the Retrofit Project of this Apartment started from two basic premises, one requested by the client and the other imposed by the existing property.
The 80m2 Sao Paulo loft should fit perfectly with the way of life of the client who is young and single. Another issue to be addressed was the fact that the property was rented. Considering these facts, we decided to design most of the furniture in the apartment, so that they could be reused in different ways elsewhere.
Located on the 11th floor of the Copan Building, the apartment signed by SuperLimão Studio had as premise to integrate the spaces. The challenge was to create spans in the project, since the existing structure did not allow to transform the apartment into a loft.
This one-bedroom flat is located on the upper level of a three levels building, situated in the neighborhood of Pinheiros. The stand point requested by the future resident was that the 50m2 of the useful area were to be rearranged, so that the bedroom could be isolated from the remaining spaces.
This family apartment located in São Paulo, was designed for a family who was asking for integrated spaces. We came up with a proposal to create a large and fluid space taking advantage of the natural lighting conditions and recreating spaces, eliminating partitions and uniting the environments.
