Snøhetta

Snøhetta is a transdisciplinary architecture, landscape, and interior design studio rooted in Oslo, with offices also in New York and other global locations. Their practice is dialogue-driven and collaborative, integrating disciplines such as product & graphic design, digital work, and branding into their architectural approach. Their vision emphasizes architecture as a positive force—enriching identity, context, and connections between people and place.

Their portfolio includes iconic work such as the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Egypt, the Oslo Opera House, and the 9/11 Memorial Museum Pavilion in New York, alongside smaller, context-sensitive projects. They work at all scales—from furniture, installations, and public spaces, to masterplans—always aiming for design that feels both meaningful and rooted in its environment.
