Studio Formafatal

Studio Formafatal is a Prague-based creative studio founded in 2015 by architect Dagmar Štěpánová. The practice specializes in architecture, interior design, exhibition installations, and product design, approaching each project with a highly individual and empathetic vision. Their work emphasizes conceptual clarity, attention to detail, and human-centered spatial solutions that resonate emotionally and contextually.

With an active team led in Prague by Katarína Varsová and Jan Roučka and a growing presence in Costa Rica, Studio Formafatal has received international acclaim—winning awards such as Interior Designer of the Year at the Dezeen Awards and recognition at the Architizer A+ Awards. Their project portfolio spans residential, commercial, cultural, and exhibition work, including standout designs like Art Villas in Costa Rica, Gran Fierro restaurant, Moon Club, and Loft Hřebenky in Prague.
