Two premises make this TEA Community Center project differ from others: Firstly, the sales office building will be for the community’s sustainable use in the future. Secondly, except the reception entrance, most of the use area of the two-story building is located in the landscape.
Composing of blue, green and gold copper colour, the visional motif is contrasting but harmonious. As if Henri Matisse’s famous painting “The Dance II”, with orange colour blending in discordant blue and green pigments, reveals a vibrant art style which called Les Fauves.
Incorporating themselves into the pleasing view of a waterfront residence, the undulate waters with ripples therein pass through the semi-circular surrounding windows and become part of the vicissitudes of your daily life.
