The Salt Spring Residence is a single-family home overlooking the water on the island of Salt Spring in Canada. Previous clients approached us after purchasing the property, which had on it a small, dark cabin that failed to acknowledge the site’s attributes.

Responding the clients’ brief – a house offering sanctuary and entertainment, the Newport Waterfront Retreat is designed to allow nature to lead, offering maximum seclusion and connection to its surrounds and outlook.
This waterfront home is deeply connected to the tidal landscape of Midcoast Maine. Located in Harpswell, the Long Reach Retreat was finished in 2016. Its gorgeous setting called for a design that drew visitors closer to the ocean cove, and conveyed a sense of organic modernism that didn’t compete with its peaceful setting in the trees.
Pyramid House sits on the shore of Lake Päijänne, in the Municipality of Sysmä (Finland). This Finnish retreat has a total gross floor area of 125 smq, split between ground floor and mezzanine floor.
The northern Georgian Bay island is remote, breathtakingly beautiful, and entirely private. However, the poor old original cottage was tired, the log walls had rotted to a degree that made the structure dangerous, there was nothing to save.
