Altum Capital is an entrepreneurial real estate investor with a focus on the UK & European markets. Altum Capital approached Direct Painting Group to create a unique & agile workspace, raising brand awareness through the design. Additionally, Altum Capital wanted an office space that encouraged collaboration among employees, reflective of Altum Capital’s goal of developing a transitional work environment, which accurately reflected modern work principles.
Throughout the project’s duration, various design workshops were hosted for Altum Capital, enabling our designers to develop visualised design concepts & establish a rapport with the client, allowing the brand & company culture to be constant throughout the design.
The transformed office space is complete with bold breakout spaces providing energy to the design, whilst the inspiring & refined private & cellular work stations establish uniqueness & functionality throughout the space.
Brand awareness is central to the office’s design. Subtle branding is constant throughout the design, from the paint colour scheme to the bespoke furniture & contemporary lighting, which all echo the blue & grey of the Alum Capital logo.
