The objective of this project was to create a vibrant creative office for international video conferencing experts, Zoom.
Having previously designed multiple office locations for Huge, the team at Abramson Architects aimed to apply the company’s core values to a space that was uniquely Atlanta. Visibility and community are important factors in a Huge workplace. The designers implemented alternative working spaces amongst open seating and glass enclosed environments.
In the China World Trade Center Tower III, a 74-story skyscraper in Beijing, AYZ STUDI O architectural design team completed a new office for a young consulting company.
A mixed-use commercial project, it was necessary to do everything quickly and inexpensively. The total area of the premises is 200 square meters. We increased the mezzanine – 40% of the area by standards, thereby increasing the total area.
We were proposed to develop a Project for Integrated Health Offices, for construction in an existing space, with sun exposure to the South and East, conditioning the rooms size, according to the position of the existing windows.

The CentralNic office incorporates bespoke furniture, neutral hues, and distinctly contrasting textures – glass, brick, and stone – each adding a layer of texture to the workplace.
