Faber Design & Architecture

Faber Design & Architecture (or Faber for short) was established in 2003 by designers Tony Matters and Rosemarie Fitton. Initially working from a converted 1920’s knitwear factory in Leicester, and going by the name Heterarchy, they steadily built a reputation as leading designers of hospitality, retail and workplace interiors.
In 2013 they opened a studio in Birmingham, placing themselves at the centre of what is currently the fastest growing economy in the UK outside of London. This has seen them working on numerous flagship projects in the city and develop relationships within key industries in the wider region.
2016 sees further growth, with the opening of their first studio in Central London.

Faber Design & Architecture specialise in the design of commercially successful, independent restaurants, bars and hotels.
Working for clients across the UK and internationally, Faber are at the forefront of the industry; constantly building on our knowledge of the contemporary consumer, developing insight and greater understanding.
