This project showcases the renovation of a home located in the historic center of Vilanova, a town near Barcelona. It is a small, triangular triplex home consisting of two habitable floors and a rooftop terrace.

FORMA is an architecture and design studio, specialist in building and renovation of apartments and houses. The FORMA arquitectura was founded by Adrian Elizalde and Clara Ocaña. FORMA offers all the necessary services for the clients who want to realize the house or building of their dreams. Our multidisciplinary study is located in the city of Barcelona.
We embrace different disciplines to develop artistic projects where we apply technology to obtain efficient and sustainable buildings. Our work pursues the beauty of the materials and the spaces exploiting to the maximum their qualities. Systems are applied to optimize and achieve de requirements of the client, while at the same time improves their surrounding.
We are a small team and undertake only the commissions that we can personally attend to dedicate to them the maximum time and to take care of the details, which we consider very relevant in the process of design and construction.

Open-Layout Apartment in Barcelona Exhibiting Fresh, Clean and Bright Design
The project presents the renovation of an apartment located in a building on the ‘Eixample’ neighbourhood, Barcelona. Originally, the apartment presented a decayed and dark image due to the excessive subdivided rooms.
Apartment Eixample Renovated by FORMA
This 70 square meters apartment with two bedrooms has been renovated by EO Arquitectura. Situated in Eixample district from Barcelona, in a building that was built in 1930, the apartment has undergone many changes over the years that have affected the original architecture
