Completed in 2023, this transformative renovation turns an ordinary top-floor apartment into a jewel of high-end design. Moreover, by navigating a complex DA process to enclose an existing balcony, the project unlocks space for a lavish ensuite and an expansive walk-in robe.
Bold Glamour Meets Functional Refinement
First, the design team reimagined the former balcony as part of the penthouse’s private quarters. Consequently, the ensuite grew in size and sophistication. Specifically, mosaic marble floor tiles give the room depth, while Nero Marquina marble walls impart drama. In addition, a custom marble vanity anchors the space, flanked by gold tapware and a crystal chandelier. Furthermore, metal-detailed panelling adds texture, ensuring the bathroom feels both bold and timeless.
Meanwhile, the walk-in robe marries storage with style. Custom joinery wraps the room in warm wood tones, and integrated ambient lighting highlights every shoe—and every silhouette.
