Behind a double-storey Victorian heritage terrace, this extension takes flight over its cavernous context. Twin parabolic roofs soar over the tall neighbouring parapets twisting as they rise to the north
The Kaaryashala is conceptualized around the core idea of Sustainability; be it the massing, the cross-section, the material palette, or details. The start point was reusing all that existed at the old office and the new place.

The renovation showcases Reutov’s ability to create a dynamic and visually stimulating space that is also serene and relaxing. The interplay of modern and natural elements, coupled with the striking color choices, results in an interior that is not only unique but also deeply comforting.
The Bolder House shows a Nomadic style that is chilled and based on creamy neutral tones, with warm natural timber and rattan elements. We mixed it with cool concrete, terracotta-colored tiles and plastered built-in furniture.
