Located on a relatively deep site in the inner city suburb of Northcote, the aim of this project was to renovate and restore a double fronted Victorian terrace house and provide a new spacious, light-filled modern rear and upstairs extension to the rear.
In a plot with significant slope and south orientation, located in Choulakia, Mykonos and overlooking Delos and Rineia islands, we decided to create a new, partly subterranean residence on two floors.

This linear cabin stretches out along the length of a site that overlooks a reservoir in southwest Washington. The Swift cabin sits behind a 35 foot buffer zone between the building and the edge of a cliff that is required due to unstable slopes.
The 1928 Penthouse in Valencia is located in a historical building that forms part of the city’s modernist architecture. Its main façade is structured into parallel vertical axes which line up with the elongated proportions of the window openings
The Corner Fold House is a compact, urban infill carefully crafted by Whittaker Parsons for a downsizing couple in south London. Sandwiched between a live substation and a short Victorian terrace, the Corner Fold House makes the most of the 3.9m wide plot.
The apartment, located on the first floor, has large panoramic windows in all rooms including the bathroom. One of the advantages of this apartment is the high ceilings since they make the rooms look more spacious.
