Situated on the 24th floor of a newly built skyscraper in the heart of Szczecin, the Hanza Tower Apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Designed by Loft Kolasiński, this apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation and partial reconstruction to transform it into a modern sanctuary dominated by natural materials such as wood, wool, linen, and stone.
The apartment is located in a 19th – century tenement house in Szczecin. It is located on one of the most beautiful avenues in the city, near Jasne Błonia.
After twelve years of living in the house, it’s time for some changes. The patio needed renovation and the floorboards needed replacing.
The newest project by LOFT Kolasiński is Brazilian Punk floor lamps. They can be distinguished by their simplicity, but a non obvious shape.
A unique detail of the apartment’s furnishings are armchairs from the factory in Zadziel the 1950s, which have undergone specialized refurbishment. The photographs of Maria Svarbovej were used to decorate the walls. The Warsaw Filtry flat project inaugurates the launch of the Warsaw branch of the Loft Kolasiński interior design studio.
