In the entry hallway we wrapped an existing wall with new wooden fins that are perforated into an oversized pegboard, allowing it to function as storage (seen below on the left).

Prior to establishing his photography practice, Mark worked as an architect in New York City and San Francisco. His projects have taken him around the globe, and he is available for assignments worldwide.
New York architecture studio Dash Marshall has turned two Tribeca residences into one home – Raft Loft – connected by a hanging, blackened steel spiral staircase. We renovated the entirety of the ground floor, executed limited interventions to the second floor, and inserted a new staircase to connect the two spaces with a series of intermediate levels.
