The project consisted of the conversion of an existing farm building dating from 1940. The farm building with a living room was located on a plot surrounded by greenery and old fruit trees in Rumia, in the Szmelta district
The interior of the Softloft Popart Apartment is very close to me, so I also decided to display an old violin in the photos – a memento of my grandfather who tried to convince the family that it was an original Stradivarius – adds the architect with a smile.
The Former Smithy Loft created in Leszno grasps precisely what a true re-established industrial inetrior should look like, through the use of coarse, rough concrete and masonry which originaly came with the builing alongside modern, contemporary additions.
The task was extraordinary: to create a vacation apartment with a view of 1000 years of Gdańsk’s history for a Japanese-American couple.
The house with courtyards was built in the densely settled suburbs of Poznań. A relatively small plot of approx. 1,700 m² has been fully used in terms of its urban planning parameters.
The main hotel complex features 4-star accommodations, including rooms, a restaurant, and conference space. The second building is a 3-star hotel, connected to an aquapark, a spa, a club, and a brewery.
The penthouse Warsaw was built as an extension of a restored tenement house from 1912. The planned functional solutions required a general renovation of all rooms.
The apartment Kos , located on the third floor in a newly-constructed building in the centre of Poznań is a result of the unification of two units.
A work on the 270 square meter apartment in Warsaw’s city center took us around one and a half year from the very first meeting to presenting it to a client.
The apartment is located in a 19th – century tenement house in Szczecin. It is located on one of the most beautiful avenues in the city, near Jasne Błonia.
After twelve years of living in the house, it’s time for some changes. The patio needed renovation and the floorboards needed replacing.
