Nestled against the rolling greens of Cariló’s golf course, Choique House exemplifies smart design within tight constraints. By embracing the steep site, restrictive codes, and a clear program brief, the architects crafted a three-story home that maximizes views, light, and privacy—all while seamlessly connecting to its surrounding landscape.
These comprised the first project data for a Pinamar vacation home which would offer ample spaces to gather and converse bearing in mind that, on vacations, spaces are used more placidly, the senses are awake and the contemplation of the surroundings becomes a rewarding experience.
The Primera Octava house is the summer residence of a family of five, located in Pinamar, a small town in the Argentinian coast. It is sited away from the beach, immersed in a coniferous forest, a very typical landscape in these towns.
L4 House is located in the Costa Esmeralda gated community, thirteen kilometers north of the city of Pinamar and four hours from the city of Buenos Aires.
