The Sea Side Villa is situated in the most beautiful seaside plot, in the district of Palio, outside the city of Kavala, in northern Greece. Perched on the cliff edge in Plaka, the main town on the island of Milos, this old Greek stone house has been carefully restored to provide a London-based family with an authentically traditional yet practical summer retreat.
Combining lively images and sounds from the rock scene, Spirto coffee bar materializes the owners’ main concept and lifestyle in a way that invites and ignites. The geometry of the blue metal facade is matched with pink details on the door and neon signage.
The existing Tinian stone of the ground floor alternates with the fare face ochre plaster of the additions, in an attempt of getting a clear distinction between the old and the new.

The rural apartment consists of an open entrance, dining and living room area, a kitchen, two bedrooms for the four children, an ensuite master bedroom, three bathrooms and an attic. The core idea behind the concept development for this project was the application of countryside house principles into an apartment space, for a family of six.
This stone summerhouse of a family of four, spreads through 3 correlated volumes, which clearly can be defined as the seating & kitchen volume, the circulation tower and the sleeping & storaging volume. Around these volumes, the perimetrical terraces are unfolding, some under the surface of the hill, some at the same level and some projected over it.
A new sweet design shop opened its doors in Stavros, a seaside village in Chalkidiki. It’ s trademark metallic facade resembling melting chocolate, has already become an attraction point for the tourists and local residents where they can enjoy handmade waffles, cookies and cupcakes.
