The Nest house extends on this side. The building protrudes from the slope of the hill, fully adapted to the contours of the terrain. On the western side, it is almost underground.
The special collaboration between Casa Ojalá, masterpiece by the Italian architect Beatrice Bonzanigo among the most revolutionary of the contemporary already celebrated at an international level and Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
The structures are simple and straightforward, reminiscent of the ranches, farms and vineyards that typify the Anderson Valley north of San Francisco.

“casiTa,” spelled with a capital T, derives its name from its ‘T’ shaped plan that features 2 symmetrical bedrooms that sandwich a kitchen/laundry/bathroom plumbing core adjacent to the open living space.
