Dent Lounge is a new dental clinic in Kiev, Ukraine. The idea for its creation was a cosy interior with homy atmosphere. It was supposed to be capable of changing the patients’ attitude towards dentist clinics, make them like their visits to a dentist – and not only the attitude of adult patients, but of children too.
The concrete apartment was created for the Mother of our client, we presented his interior NPL Penthouse two years before. Both are in a similar new concrete structure of houses. Both have a skyline view.
The expression “Interior Evolution” became the motto of the architectural bureau Materia 174, which can be interpret as “Innovations. Emotions. Special execution». In the process of working on each project, the bureau keeps at the idea of sustainable development in these value directions.
This industrial studio apartment is located in the old Khrushchev building in the Solomensky district of Kiev and belongs to the photographer Andrey Bezuglov. This bold interior design was conceived by architects Slava Balbek and Anna Kruglova
Creative Workshop Fateeva Design has recently completed this 40 sqm apartment in Kiev, Ukraine. The logic of the interior of this apartment is subordinated to the style of life of one person, which means that there is at least a compromise, a maximum of self-expression of the customer, a young free gentleman.
The object of a reconstruction is a country/old suburban house near Kyiv (Ukraine). It was totally neglected by former owners. Original building had a lot of small rooms and an attic. In our redesign we removed the walls including a part of a bearing wall, which was replaced with a wooden beam.
The project was created and implemented in 2016. Two-level apartments are located in LCD “White Chocolate” and represent an open space of 65 sqm. The apartment is designed for young, active people who will appreciate the non-standard solutions realized in small apartments.
The premise is located on the ground floor of one of the houses in the LCD “White Chocolate”. Initially it was a cold, dark and damp basement, which required a complete transformation and redesign.
