The BoTree, a new luxury hotel in London has opened its doors to guests on September 15. The five-star hotel’s design is an ode to the essence of Marylebone life, offering guests a unique fusion of luxury and neighborhood charm.

House on the Heath / Cox Architects
The clients needed natural light. A lot of natural light. The best way to get this was with large skylights and these were heavy. Specialist lifting equipment was therefore required to haul each one over the top of the house
French Touch House / EMR Architecture
Located in the Peterborough Conservation area in Fulham, the building is a corner house with a central staircase which is quite unusal in this area and immediadelty inspired us.
Victorian Terraced House Extension in Camden, London
Our design is a homage to the old Victorian house. The pitched roof is inspired by the roofline of the old building while the bricks are reclaimed from the demolition of the sidewall.
Home Office for a Neurosurgeon and a Software Engineer in a 30 sqm Garage Conversion
Lila is a neurosurgeon and Duncan is a software engineer. Amidst the pandemic, they felt the need for a space that allows them to take a break from their daily family activities and retreat in their thoughts.
