The Les Pointes residence, a new construction recently completed by Ghoche architecte, is located at the end of a peninsula on the shores of Lake Archambault, in Saint-Donat, Quebec, Canada.
This is the story of a small hamlet in the Eastern Townships, which was developed by an American family and is bordered by the first road that linked Quebec City and Boston. At its height, the small hamlet had a population of 150 inhabitants.
Located next to the slopes at Stoneham Resort, La Frangine house is the result of the expansion and conversion of a former ski chalet into a main residence. The architectural part of the project consisted in keeping the existing cottage and to design a second separate building connected to the first one.
Between the road and the river, the St-Ignace house allows you to enjoy the landscapes around it by creating distinct experiences with unique scenes that border it. Quietly revealing the St. Lawrence River, it allows you to contemplate nature while inhabiting it.
A major tourist attraction for well over a century, the Charlevoix region features some of Québec’s most striking landscapes. Over the last fifteen years, with the opening of a new ski resort, this already popular spot truly became a year-round destination.
The Fédération des établissements d’enseignement privés, FEEP, is now displaying its colours with its completely redesigned building. Dating back to 1960, the building offered spaces ill-suited to today’s professional needs.
Residence Dans l’Escarpement is located on land pertaining to an estate started over a hundred years ago and known for its remarkable landscapes and pristine lakes.
