This project consisted of reinterpreting and modernizing the traditional elements of a classic Haussmannian apartment in Paris’ 6th arrondissement.
The apartment XVI belongs to a French American couple and this is their Parisian home. Our brief was to transform the place into a warm & contemporary Parisian apartment and allow as much flow between each room.
The original state of this two-storey Parisian penthouse had its main rooms on the lower floor, with a double height that communicated with the terrace that was little used as it is on the upper level.

The project consists of the renovation of the old painter Pierre Lemaire’s studio (1920-2007), in order to create a minimalist and bright loft in the heart of Paris. The entire existing interior design and the slab was demolished, only the load-bearing walls and the roof were preserved.
The project is a renovation of a 70 sqm apartment in the eleventh district of Paris. The space features herringbone flooring, and maintains as much of the original structure as possible, including ceiling moldings and wall trims.
This project deals with the interior refurbishment of an apartment aiming to redefine its spaces according the new owners needs. The apartment has an area of 165 m2 and is located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris.
