Located on the bank of Shoal Creek, one of two primary waterways traveling through Austin to the Colorado River, Belmont Park House consists of two weathered Douglas fir clad volumes which rise above the creek from a flush limestone plinth.
Situated on a sloping site, Hollowcat Wild is a composition of three stone boxes. A guesthouse and garage stretch alongside a 6-ft-deep, 150-ft-long arching cut into the limestone strata.
Clean design and sleek lines transformed this condo unit into a modern marvel. Studio 512, Nicole Blair, and WishTree cabinets, Matt Prine and Stjepan Boban, worked in conjunction with all other trades to bring this design to life.
