Followed by construction of a 2 storey extension at the rear of the building with a suspended slab, featuring a vertical brick veneer facade and curved steel windows and construction of a separate building to accommodate a yoga studio. The interior features ultra high quality finishes throughout, polished concrete floor, concrete plinth and Cheminees Philippe fire place.
