Fletchers Mill House is a new residence and guest house located on a knoll overlooking a meadow that slopes gently down to the Thornton River. The compound formed by the two structures is the terminus of a long and level plateau flanked by woods, and of a new entry drive.

The Rondolino residence is based on the Modulome, the prefabricated, modular housing system first designed by Nottoscale in 2002. Located on a 40-acre site in the desert more than 100 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada, the property is framed by mountains to the north and Death Valley to the West.

The layout of the Copper house is simple and functional. Fireplace room, kitchen, dining room, hall, dressing room – combines a cube covered with natural copper. This is the central element of the 1st floor. Inside it fit: a closet, a built-in kitchen, the bearing structures of the building, and a decorative niche with plants.
