deDraft were approached by a young family to design a striking rooftop addition to a top floor flat in Walthamstow, North East London.
A dual strategy is applied to this complete reform project: Firstly, the floor plan arrangement is based on an L-shaped service band that integrates the access, wet areas, storage areas and leisure spaces.
Small yet extremely functional, this minimal Paris apartment is an inspiring design gem. Situated in Paris 10th arrondissement it has a small kitchenette, a shower, a pull-out sofa bed and a wardrobe.
