Little Moons, an innovative culinary delight, is renowned for their unique fusion of sweet rice flour dough and gelato ice cream. With origins rooted in London’s bakery scene, they’ve risen to prominence by redefining the ice cream experience.
We were recommended by Little Moons’ property agent, GL Hearn, as they looked to add some soul into their newly found, Farringdon office space. The vision included additional meeting rooms, call booths, product displays and collaboration zones – and they needed them quickly!
Our team immediately immersed themselves into the project, diving deep into the task of translating their distinct brand identity into a vibrant workspace. We embarked on a creative journey that saw us meticulously infusing the space with elements that perfectly harmonised with the essence of Little Moons.
The meeting rooms, a crucial aspect of their workplace, were designed to mirror some of Little Moons’ most iconic and popular flavours. This not only brought a unique touch to these spaces but also created an immersive experience for anyone stepping into these rooms.
For the tea points, our focus was on creating an environment reminiscent of the best hospitality spots, much like the restaurants, cafes and gelato parlours where Little Moons’ products are savoured. The idea was to evoke that same delightful feeling in visitors when they sampled the product.
To energise the Little Moons workspace, we filled various areas with carefully selected plants. The greenery not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also revitalised the atmosphere, creating a fresh and energetic ambiance.
We recognised the importance of balancing open communication with the need for privacy in the workplace. To address this, we crafted mini breakout zones within the larger ones, providing employees with versatile spaces where they could seamlessly switch between collaborative interactions and focused work.
Our design meticulously weaved all these elements together, ensuring that every nook and cranny resonated with Little Moons’ unique vision and spirit, transforming their workspace into a vibrant reflection of their brand identity.
Remarkably, we completed the entire fit out, including AV setup, furniture delivery and installation, within a swift four-week timeframe.
