The Satispay’s new offices are placed in the neighborhood of Isola, in Milan, located almost at the same distance between Centrale Railway station and Porta Garibaldi Railway station.
BLAARCHITETTURA is an international architecture firm based in Turin, Italy. Since 2011 it has been working in the field of architecture, urban planning and interior design. Works are published on major magazines and journals. They firmly believe that architecture is the assembly and composition of elements and functions in the three dimensions. The firm is founded by Alberto Lessan and Jacopo Bracco, currently completed by Mattia Venir, Thomas Pepino and Francesca Carboni. From 2009 Alberto also works at the Faculty of Architecture, Politecnico di TURIN, in architectural design courses. Jacopo is also at the head of JBL design, producing design objects.

The 130sqm apartment is initially “emptied” through the demolition of all the elements without structural function and a new texture takes place: a lightweight structural wooden balloon frame.
The Four Oaks Apartment project by BLAARCHITETTURA consists in the renovation of a residential unit, part of a prestigious 19th century building. The area is located on the right side of the old town of Cuneo
The intervention is a recovery of an attic of a building in Turin whose final intention of the client is a main use for Airbnb. The project thus becomes an opportunity to create an environment that can accommodate future tenants in the best possible way and at the same time give them a moment of relaxation and peace.
The apartment is on the second floor of a building 50s. It is located in a special area of Cuneo (North of Italy), very green and well positioned. His T-shaped configuration, with the best solar exposition located at the opposite side of the entrance, has determined a radical change of the internal plan.
The Valentino apartment is a unit on the fifth floor of a late ’50s building, located on the front of the Valentino Park in Torino (Italy). The Southeast exposure makes the flat very bright and all the openings to the outside enjoy the beautiful panorama of the hills of Turin and the Po River.
The Phoenix apartment is a unit on the fourth floor of a ’30s building, located in the San Salvario district. The three-sided exposure makes the apartment very bright and gives great breath to all spaces.
