Coll Coll (Collaborative Collective) specializes in architecture and that’s not just about houses. It’s about an approach to problem solving and it almost doesn’t seem to matter what type of a problem it is. We design, execute and maintain projects with varies scales, goals, as well as deadlines. We continue learning thanks to small experimental and research projects. When we tests an idea or technology in a small-scale temporary project, we can then transpose it to permanent implementations. Our portfolio includes everything from sales stands to commercial spaces to smart luxury villas. We enjoy this diversity of projects because it perfectly utilizes the potential of our individual studio members and their synergic collaboration.

The changes in working habits brought about by digitalisation, which the pandemic has only hastened, are part of Price f(x)’s identity. The management and employees of Price f(x) use their offices primarily for meetings that stimulate creative dialogue.
Villa Sophia is like the center of the Universe around which all of life revolves. When the young couple returned to the Czech Republic from Canada, they both wanted to return into the Prague social life.
Our task was clear at the first sight, we needed to keep the soul of the space, while building a retreat for the creative mind. The disused laundry at the top of a 19th century mestansky dum had it all. In the very heart of the Prague’s Jewish quarters, hidden in the attic, five stories above the havoc of the Old Town.
Our proposal is amplifying an early 20th century atmosphere whilst keeping the NoD Café signature; the pompous central bar under the floating Jiri David’s Golden bones sculpture and the elevated seating area.

Dancers Apartment is a 60 sqm home recently completed by Czech studio Collaborative Collective. From the architect: There she sits, in one of the hip cafes of Letna, the cool part of Prague. The friend who introduced us said she was a lawyer, but there is something different about her. Something that just doesn’t fit.
