This project consisted of reinterpreting and modernizing the traditional elements of a classic Haussmannian apartment in Paris’ 6th arrondissement.
Forest Retreat House / Scalar Architecture
Emplaced in an East coast forest, a 1200sf retreat for family of writers and producers is planned for minimally ecological footprint. The site was chosen in a sloped forest clearing punctuated by large boulders and limited top soil.

With two children soon approaching their teenage years, the owners of ‘The Union’ came to Dalecki Design wanting to expand their character home in Subiaco, facilitating moments of shared family time and opportunities to retreat in solitude.

New Spoki restaurant has opened on Tsvetnoy Boulevard and welcomes guests, eager to plunge into the atmosphere of everyone’s favorite TV show «Good night, kids!», take picture with Hrusha and Stepashka, eat cotton candy and attend the cooking class.
North York Mid-Century Bungalow / Creative Union Network
This split-level house was purchased with the idea of making it a forever house for the young family of three. The original four-bedroom house was outdated with low windows and a dark basement.

This house in Agra dos Reis, south shore of Rio de Janeiro, was acquired while still in the planning stage, at the birth of the condominium, and the clients approached us to make adaptations to the spaces and expand the areas.

The interior has a serene atmosphere and is characterized by spacious and bright spaces. All the choices made respect the minimalist identity of the project, with sober materials and soft tones (beige walls, white slabs, glass, wood and zinc).
