The House H had its program organized in three levels: leisure, social, and private. On the lowest level, there is the swimming pool, the backyard, and the barbecue area.
Minas House is Studio mk27’s first project in Minas Gerais, inland Brazil. Right outside Belo Horizonte, which means beautiful horizon, the house hovers above the Minas Gerais mountains.

Lloyd Eist House is located in the semi-industrial Cottage Green, a street in Camberwell, South London, and involves the refurbishment and new second floor and side extension of a mid-century storage warehouse building to provide a three-story family home.
The concept was around the idea of “a warm nest”, a space to come together, a welcoming space, not intrusive nor invasive. Focusing on calm gatherings, time to reflect, relax, regain strength, get together with loved ones, embark the journey to recovery in peace.
