The core value of vivo is “fun, vitality, innovative technology”, and its core value runs throughout the design. From a distance, the complex looks very beautiful and even the inside looks more beautiful.
Quinn Architecture is excited to have another lovely project in beautiful Elsternwick. This project is an elegant, single level, modern extension to this existing Edwardian home.
As the house is built on a hill, the stair is an important part of the design. It is the visual focus of the home and links the new and old buildings. The glazed ceiling above provides glimpses up to the sky and trees that makes the house feel bigger.
This place is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city that has hosted several restaurants in its interior over time, but whose walls were some day part of an old fishermen’s market in the area.
This 2-story Anglo-Caribbean style house is designed to take advantage of the Florida lifestyle. Outdoor activities are very important in the Sunshine State. This is reflected in the large Rear Patio and the oversized pool.
At the end of 2018, Maria Fradinho designs and builds her own office and home, on a 940 m2 lot, located on the outskirts of Ílhavo, Portugal. The Arch House follows the continuity of the neighbour buildings, with the main facade ensuring the alignment with the consolidated pre-existence.
Paramount House Hotel rises out of the 80 year old warehouse that occupies the site. A copper, chevron screen crowns its brick shell and converses with the neighbouring art deco buildings of this former film precinct.
